Shipments and returns

All orders are shipped via Correo courier, which typically allows us to deliver within 24-48 hours on the mainland, provided the order is placed before 6:00 PM. Shipping may take longer on weekends and holidays when the courier companies do not operate. Orders over €50 are shipped FREE within 24-48 hours.

Shipments to Ceuta, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and all of Europe are sent via CORREOS and take 6 business days. For these shipments, a DNI (ID number) will be requested (you can include it in the order notes), via phone or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING COSTS

At www.deleitteskateboards.com , we strive to make shipments as safe, fast, and economical as possible. Shipping to Spain (Mainland) and Portugal is FREE for orders over €50. Orders under €50 have a shipping cost of €5. Shipping to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands costs €8 and takes 6 business days.

Shipping to Europe (European Union) costs €19 and takes 6 business days. We ship to all of Europe for €19 in 6 days.

RETURNS
Deleitte Skateboards allows the return of any of its products within 7 business days from the date of delivery. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent: unused and unopened in the case of decks and other hard goods, and with tags attached in the case of clothing. In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in the same condition as when it left our facilities, we will proceed with a bank transfer or Bizum payment for the amount of the product.

EXCHANGES for product or size: Deleitte Skateboards will cover the cost of the first size exchange (t-shirt, hoodie, pants), as long as the desired size is available in stock. If the size is not available, we offer an exchange for any other product of the same value. If you have any questions, please call us at the store.

Card Payment: With this method, the customer pays 100% securely using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit card through the Banco Bank (WooPayments) payment platform.

Only secure card payments are accepted, where identity authentication is performed as the cardholder according to the bank’s method through secure electronic commerce: “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode.”
